How quickly will I get a response?
We typically respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days. For urgent matters related to active applications, we aim to respond within 12 hours.
Can I schedule a call or meeting?
Yes! After initial contact, we'll be happy to schedule a call or in-person meeting (if you're in Kelantan/Terengganu). Mention your preferred time in your message and we'll coordinate.
Do you accept walk-ins at your office?
We recommend scheduling an appointment first to ensure someone is available to meet with you. However, we're usually around during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday).
What if I have a general question about startups?
